UNESCO Center for Women and Peace in the Balkan Countries organizes alongside with the Hellenic National Commission for UNESCO and the Association of Interbalkan Women's Cooperation Societies the Third International Festival of Women Creators of the Two Seas - the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, which will be held in Thessaloniki, on June 2-11, 2006, under the high patronage of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture .
