On 24 November the women orientated talk show “Honestly and Personally” of the National TV station BTV was dedicated to the topic of domestic violence. In the discussion representatives of the Gender Project for Bulgaria Foundation (Sofia), Naya Association (Targovishte), Maxima Foundation (Haskovo), the P.U.L.S. Foundation (Pernik), and the Alternative 55 Association (Stara Zagora) also participated in the program. The Gender Project for Bulgaria Foundation/Bulgarian Fund for Women financed and participated in several events. Among them were the launching of a consulting and informative center for prevention and fight against domestic violence launched by the Forum for Women’s Solidarity, the press conference in Haskovo within the framework of the project Multidisciplinary approach towards the work with poor and unemployed women victims of domestic violence organized by the Maxima Foundation, a seminar for journalist from the Targovishte region organized by Naya Association, etc.  More information on the activities of the Gender Project for Bulgaria Foundation can be found on http://www.gender-bg.org
